SAP Business One Helpdesk

Once the SAP license is installed, you can allocate license to respective users. 

You must logon as Super user to perform the license allocation, the requested user shall logoff the SAP system.

Open Modules - Administration - License - License Administration.

Step 1 - Select the user.

Step 2 - Lookup license type in the 'B1 User Type Licenses' column, selected the required license allocate to user.

Step 3 - Please select SAP AddOns license if user is requires to run any SAP Addon, eg. Payment Wizard.

Step 4 - Logon SAP to test the license is assigned successfully.

Below are common types of license available:

- SAP Business One Professional License

- SAP Business One Limited License - CRM

- SAP Business One Limited License - Financials

- SAP Business One Limited License - Logistics

You can inspect the license allocation in the Assignment tab.
