UNINSTALL PRIOR SBO VERSION

1) Run Setup from the existing server, depends on 32 bit or 64 bit. Follow on screen instruction and remove all SAP Applications.

     \\[Old SAP Server]\b1_shr\Client\Setup.exe
     \\[Old SAP Server]\b1_shr\Client.x64\Setup.exe

2) Open Control Panel, remove all below applications with name 'SAP Business One ...'  and ' SAP ...', if not already removed.

       

3) Delete all files in these folders
   
    %temp%
    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\SAP

4) Delete below SAP folders, if exist

    C:\Program Files\SAP
    C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP
    C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects

5) Restart the PC


6) Recheck all SAP applications are removed from the Control Panel. 



INSTALL NEW SBO VERSION

1) Install MSSQL Drivers (Only if using MS SQL 2017)

    SQL Client 2017\msodbcsql_64bit.exe
    SQL Client 2017\sqlncli 64 bits

2) Run Setup from the existing server, Follow on screen instruction and remove all SAP Applications.

     \\[New SAP Server]\b1_shr\Client.x64\Setup.exe

Please note SBO 10.0 only support 64 bit Windows Operating System. 

     

3) Right-Click the SAP short-cut and Run-As-Administrator the first time. Click Change Company button 

4) Select the Current Server and click Refresh to list company. 

5) Logon to SAP Company as Super User the first time. Follow instruction to complete Addon installation, if any.

6) Logoff SAP Super User, login as ordinary SAP user to start using SAP. Please 


When first time logon,

- Please start the SAP Application with Right-click 'Run as Administrator'

- If required, enter the SAP Server name in the SLD window and leave the port number as default.

- Select the SQL Server, eg. 2017 

- Select the company database, insert SAP User ID and password

- Follow the on-screen instruction to complete Addon installation, if any

- Logoff SAP client

- Login as ordinary SAP user without the need to 'Run as Administrator'
