Prerequisite:
B1 Messenger Addon installed and connected.
Initial Setup:
1. Enter SQL and SMTP credentials. Click Test button to validate.

2. Check and update Message template.

Email address will be retrieve with below sequence:
Document Contact - email in Contact person selected in document
Default Contact - email in default Contact person
General Contact - email address in BP Master - General Tab
Double-click on the layout to modify.
Specify default filename and path
Test Mode - Document will be sent to a test email specify here.
Map template to SAP documents according to the Object Type.
\Setup\B1 Messenger\Message Defaults
Option to create custom mapping for consolidated bulk invoice email.
Bulk invoice will be consolidated in a single email.
Email invoice
Option 1 : Send invoice from Invoice Document.
Once clicked 'Sent with Messenger', you will notice a message on the left hand bottom indicating the message has been sent successfully. 
Option 2 : Generate and send invoice via Document Generation Wizard.
Setup a recurring or one-time Document Generation wizard.
Enter the required parameters.
Click 'Send with Messenger' after document is generated.
Click 'Create and Send'
Once clicked 'Sent with Messenger', you will notice a message on the left hand bottom indicating the message has been sent successfully.
REPORT
Open report from the B1 Tools Menu.
Review status of email and errors, if any.
Review email history.
