SQL Server reporting service failed to start from Task Manager with below error message:

Below error message shown when starting from Reporting Service Configuration Manager.

Solution: 

Replace the attached web.config in below.

     C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\ReportServer

Start the SSRS Service from the Reporting Service Configuration Manager or Task Manager.
