SAP Business One Helpdesk

User is able to connect the Payment Addon, however it failed to connect the License Service.

Below message appears after the addon is connected for few minutes.

BP_CashBank

Connection to license service failed; license service address is no valid, or license service is stopped (or does not respond).

Solution :

By default, the server name is setup as Localhost.

Please check the license server - name (XXXXX:30000) in UI and DI config files has the same value.
