When installing application on a terminal server, please ensure it is installed with INSTALL Mode.
Run the "Install Application on Remove Desktop" in Control Panel.
The select the setup executable file.
Make sure you are able to close below windows with 'Finish' button after the setup is finished.
You can check the current mode in the Terminal Server. Type "Change User /Query" in Command Prompt.
