Crystal Report Design is an SAP integrated report customization tool. It is used to format existing SAP document layouts, such and Sales Order and A/R invoice. It can also be used to modify existing SAP standard reports or create new customized reports.


The Crystal Report Design software is usually installed at the SAP Server. Please logon to the SAP Server and perform below steps. If the Crystal Report Design software is not installed at your PC, please kindly contact ASG Helpdesk at asgb1support@asggroup.com.au to organize the installation.


Open SAP Report and Layout Manager in SAP application.


Modules - Administration - Setup - General - Report and Layout Manager



Select one of the layout and click Edit button.


SAP Crystal Report Design will appear. You can start make necessary adjustments.


Select Add-ins - SAP Business One - Save As ...


Enter a desired name in relevant folder, e.g. Sales Order - Test


Below will appear after press 'OK' to save layout.
