Below error message appears in desktop SBO client after reconfigure SSL with new certificate.
Below appears when logon to web client.
Logon to Authentication Service and remove affected user.
1. Login to https://<SldServer>:40020/auth/admin/sapb1/console as "B1SiteUser".
2. Go to "Users" from the left menu
3. Select "View all users"
4. Find the user which is facing the referred issue (e.g. manager) by its name
5. Then delete this user accordingly.
