Step 1 – Scoping and documentation of integration requirements. Include number of touch points, detailed mapping of fields between 2 systems, data format and integration platform.
Step 2 – Submit requirement specification document to NRI developer for review and costing
Step 3 – Prepare proposal based on approved specification with effort estimates
Step 4 – Client sign off proposal and approve for development
Step 5 – NRI commence development and testing based on specification document
Step 6 – Deploy test system for client to complete UAT
Step 7 – Production deployment
